​Q: Where are you located?
We’re at 251 W Garfield Rd, Aurora, OH 44202 (the building with PNC Bank). We are on the second floor in Suite 290.

Q: Can I workout after my treatment?
Please allow 48 hours before resuming exercise after receiving filler or neurotoxins. Please allow 72 hours before resuming exercise after receiving a microneedling treatment.​​
Q: Will my injector be certified?
You're in good hands at Lotus Wellness and MedSpa! Owner and injector, Mariana Iskander, is a Nationally Certified Physician Associate and is trained and certified in injectables, neuromodulators, and Pain management.
Mariana has extensive experience in medicine and has the background to care for any urgent issues or side effects.
​​ Q: Should I come make-up free to my appointment?
If you are able to arrive at your appointment make-up free please do! If not, no worries! We will remove any make-up prior to your treatment.

Q: Can I wear make-up after my treatment?
You should wait 6 to 12 hours before applying makeup to the area treated. This is to ensure that the injection site does not become infected. If you received a microneedling treatment, do not touch your face or apply makeup for the first 24 hours.
